God has blessed me largely. I started working at KidZone Afterschool Academy in 2016, as a summer teacher. After that I was offered a job as an afterschool teacher. I eventually became the assistant director and then shortly after in October 2019, I became the director. KidZone is a huge piece of my heart. I am passionate about teaching children how recklessly they are loved by the God who created them. I believe there is nothing better than the sound of a child’s laughter, a missing tooth grin, and tiny hugs from tiny humans.

     I married my handsome husband, Auston, in August 2019. He is the student minister here at the church. We live in High Point with our cat, Chester. In my free time I enjoy thrift shopping, capturing moments through the lens of my camera and doing anything crafty. I am a firm believer that the mountains far exceed the enjoyment of the beach. My favorite bible verse is Matthew 6:34 “Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
